Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 innovation roadmaps across AI, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Lead cross-functional labs to prototype breakthrough solutions for 2030 markets
- Anticipate and decode emerging technological and societal shifts
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for next-gen human-machine collaboration
- Present strategic vision to C-suite partners and government innovation councils
- Curate partnerships with academic institutions and quantum computing pioneers
- Mentor interdisciplinary teams in rapid prototyping and agile innovation
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives (2018-2025)
- Deep expertise in at least two domains: AI ethics, quantum computing, or bio-engineering
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ innovation frameworks deployed at scale
- Experience with exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional ability to translate complex future scenarios into actionable strategy
- PhD or Master's in relevant field with published research on 2026+ trends
