Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology foresight framework analyzing exponential trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to translate future scenarios into strategic roadmaps
- Produce quarterly disruption reports highlighting emerging threats and opportunities for 15+ industry verticals
- Architect innovation incubators for frontier technologies including neuromorphic computing and synthetic biology
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and acquire startups positioned for 2026 market dominance
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and hyper-automation deployments
- Present future scenarios to global boards and government technology councils
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology leadership
- Deep expertise in exponential technology forecasting with published research on 2025+ trends
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercialized products or services
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related quantitative field
- Experience leading cross-continental teams across APAC, EMEA, and Americas timezones
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies including Delphi, horizon scanning, and scenario planning
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major technology disruptions successfully predicted and monetized
- Security clearance eligibility for federal technology partnership programs
