Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) through 2026
- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Manage innovation portfolio with $15M+ annual budget
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships for technology adoption
- Drive organizational change to embed future-ready capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy/innovation roles with 5+ years in tech sector
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Technology (MBA preferred)
- Strong financial modeling and ROI analysis capabilities
- Experience managing cross-functional teams of 20+ members
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI)
- Published thought leadership on future technologies
