Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps by analyzing emerging trends and market disruption vectors
- Lead cross-functional sprints to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Conduct scenario planning for ethical AI implementation and decentralized systems
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready features into current development cycles
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Manage innovation pipeline with rigorous go/no-go decision frameworks

Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum computing, bioinformatics, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching products with 3+ year market impact
- Certified in futures thinking methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi)
- Advanced degree in technology, business, or futures studies preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating complex system architecture for undefined problems
- Experience scaling teams through technological transition phases
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for emerging technologies
