Responsibilities
- Design and implement long-term innovation roadmaps for 2026+ technology adoption
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-resistant security protocols
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems integration
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 10+ year commercial viability
- Develop patent strategies for breakthrough human-AI symbiosis solutions
- Drive sustainable tech initiatives achieving carbon-negative operations
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in future-tech forecasting
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Proven track record in scaling quantum/AI initiatives beyond prototype
- Deep expertise in emerging tech ethics and regulatory landscapes
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on next-gen tech systems
- Experience leading global innovation teams across 3+ continents
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/C++ preferred)
- Strong network with DARPA, IEEE, or World Economic Tech Council
