Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological trends
- Lead emerging technology research across quantum, biotech, and AI domains
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready features into core offerings
- Present strategic foresight to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation team
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and their market implications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, or climate tech
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (white papers, patents)
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP) strongly preferred
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $5M
