Responsibilities
- Lead strategic initiatives for 2026-focused product roadmaps, integrating AI, IoT, and sustainable tech
- Conduct market analysis and foresight research to identify emerging trends and disruptors
- Develop frameworks for ethical technology implementation and stakeholder engagement
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and external partners
- Build and mentor a cross-functional innovation team
- Drive thought leadership through whitepapers and industry conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, product innovation, or technology consulting
- Proven track record in emerging tech (quantum, AI, biotech, or climate tech)
- Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Deep understanding of ethical AI and sustainable tech principles
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation leadership in tech-driven environments
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS)
