Responsibilities

- Lead R&D initiatives for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Design scalable frameworks for ethical AI deployment and sustainable tech adoption
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation strategy with long-term business objectives
- Manage cross-functional teams of futurists, engineers, and domain experts

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining tech products (2018-2023)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Innovation
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum AI, neurotech, or climate tech
- Fluency in futures methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi techniques)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in AI governance or sustainable technology frameworks preferred
