As a key architect of our 2026 roadmap, you'll directly influence products that will shape human-technology interaction for the coming decade. This position reports directly to our Chief Innovation Officer and includes competitive equity in a pre-IPO growth-stage company.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and biometric interfaces
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineers, designers, and futurists
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Design patentable frameworks for human-AI symbiotic systems
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite and investor stakeholders
- Partner with academic institutions on next-gen R&D initiatives
- Build and mentor a team of innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with demonstrated 2020s innovation leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching category-defining products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published thought leadership in tech journals (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing APIs
- Experience securing $5M+ in innovation funding
- Portfolio of 2020s-era breakthrough technologies
