Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap spanning AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' initiatives to prototype and validate disruptive business models
- Analyze emerging tech trends and regulatory shifts to inform strategic decisions and risk mitigation
- Partner with venture capital arms to scout and integrate next-gen startups into our ecosystem
- Present innovation frameworks to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in for transformational projects
- Build and lead a global team of futurists, data scientists, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech
- Proven track record of launching products/services with 3+ year market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Advanced degree in STEM, Business, or Futures Studies; MBA preferred
