Responsibilities
- Develop and implement forward-looking roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping 2026-era technologies (neural interfaces, sustainable AI, etc.)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends with 3-5 year market impact
- Design ethical frameworks for next-gen autonomous systems and human-machine symbiosis
- Collaborate with global R&D labs to incubate breakthrough innovations
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board of directors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years in R&D, innovation strategy, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record in scaling technologies from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum algorithms, synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or human augmentation
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent
- Experience securing $1M+ innovation grants or venture funding
