- Drive commercialization through patent portfolios and startup spinoffs
- Mentor 15+ engineers and designers in human-centric innovation methodologies
- Present breakthroughs to Fortune 500 partners and venture capitalists
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record launching at least two patented technologies
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic chips, or synthetic biology
- Published research in Nature or Science journals preferred
- Experience securing $10M+ in government/venture funding
