Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps with 5-year predictive modeling
- Lead quantum-AI integration projects for autonomous systems
- Manage $5M+ R&D budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Partner with MIT Future Labs for academic research commercialization
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and board committees
- Champion sustainable tech initiatives achieving net-zero operations
- Mentor 12-person innovation team using agile methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in strategic leadership
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (or equivalent experience)
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Expertise in quantum computing architectures and neural-symbolic AI
- Proven track record scaling tech teams from 10 to 100+ members
- Patents in at least two of: biocomputing, energy-harvesting IoT, or neuromorphic chips
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and predictive analytics platforms
