Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 innovation roadmap integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams of futurists, data scientists, and engineers in prototyping next-gen solutions
- Identify emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization potential through market analysis
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive ethical AI governance frameworks for pre-2030 deployments
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology innovation or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching products with 2026+ market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic systems
