Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with market trends and strategic goals

- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage innovation KPIs and ROI metrics for R&D initiatives
- Champion a culture of agile experimentation and calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech products with global impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging fields: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts to business value
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Published thought leadership in technology or business journals
- Fluency in English with excellent presentation and negotiation skills
