Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum-AI convergence and carbon-negative tech
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global innovation hubs
- Drive patent portfolio development for breakthrough technologies
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Mentor next-gen talent in emerging technology ethics and governance
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Innovation, Systems Engineering, or equivalent with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record in scaling breakthrough technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, bioengineering, or climate tech
- Executive experience in Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale tech environments
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from University of Houston) or equivalent
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed innovation journals
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
