- Forge strategic partnerships with NASA, MIT, and global sustainability coalitions
- Present quarterly innovation briefings to C-suite and board of directors
- Mentor cross-disciplinary teams in agile methodologies for long-term projects
- File 10+ patents annually in emerging technology verticals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record delivering products with 3+ year development horizons
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and systems architecture modeling
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston)
- Portfolio of 3+ scaled innovations with measurable market impact
