Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 5-year innovation roadmaps aligning with 2026 technology horizons
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing proprietary AI/quantum solutions
- Secure $2M+ annual R&D budgets through strategic funding proposals
- Drive commercialization of 3+ breakthrough technologies annually
- Establish industry thought leadership through white papers and conference keynotes
- Mentor 15+ engineers and researchers in emerging tech domains
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in executive leadership
- Proven track record commercializing AI/quantum solutions
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in emerging tech: generative AI, quantum computing, neuromorphic systems
- Strong P&L management for $5M+ budgets
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish preferred for global partnerships
