Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years in tech innovation leadership with 3+ years in emerging tech
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum computing or neural networks
- Proven track record of scaling ventures from concept to $100M+ valuation
- Expertise in ISO 27001, NIST AI Risk Management Frameworks
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages
- Public speaking experience at TED or equivalent tech forums
