Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for 2026-focused product innovations across AI, quantum computing, and biotech intersections
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and domain experts to deliver prototype-to-market solutions
- Identify emerging technology trends and market gaps to position FuturEdge as an industry disruptor
- Secure strategic partnerships with research institutions and Fortune 500 companies for pilot programs
- Present innovation frameworks and future-state scenarios to C-suite executives and investors
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Champion human-centered design principles in all future-facing product development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation, product strategy, or R&D leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products with measurable impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, or synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Strategy, or related field
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Strong stakeholder management experience with executive-level communication skills
- Certification in agile methodologies and innovation frameworks (e.g., Design Thinking, Lean Startup)
- Portfolio demonstrating at least three disruptive innovations launched in the past 5 years
