Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or emerging tech commercialization
- Proven track record of launching market-disrupting technologies with $50M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and circular economy frameworks
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization skills for complex future scenarios
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS) required
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-state implementations
