Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-availability architectures to future-proof our platform against emerging technological paradigms.
- Lead the integration of cutting-edge AI models, machine learning pipelines, and predictive analytics into core systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical roadmaps and strategic initiatives for the 2026 horizon.
- Optimize system performance, latency, and energy efficiency across global data centers and edge networks.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for adopting next-gen tech stacks.
- Conduct rigorous security audits and ensure compliance with emerging global data standards.
- Prototype and validate concepts for quantum computing integration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in systems architecture, cloud computing, and backend development.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with a strong understanding of AI/ML frameworks.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Experience with quantum computing concepts, edge computing, or high-frequency trading systems is a significant plus.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for mentoring technical talent.
