Core Responsibilities
As our 2026 Architect, you will be responsible for the end-to-end vision and execution of our future tech stack.
Responsibilities
- Architect and define the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Readiness, Edge Computing) to prepare our infrastructure for the future.
- Oversee the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance systems that will support the company's growth.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, and executive leadership to ensure cohesive strategic alignment.
- Identify potential risks and bottlenecks in current workflows and architect innovative solutions to mitigate them.
- Mentor senior technical leads and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of future-readiness initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or strategic role.
- Proven track record of leading complex technology transformations and strategic initiatives.
- Deep understanding of cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Expertise in AI/ML integration and future tech trend analysis.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
