Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic roadmaps for 2026+ technology adoption
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, AR/VR) and assess business implications
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision
- Produce high-impact scenario planning reports and competitive intelligence
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with cutting-edge research institutions
- Present future vision to investors, boards, and industry forums
- Mentor innovation teams on future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurism
- Expertise in forecasting technology adoption curves and market disruptions
- Proven track record of developing future-oriented business strategies
- Advanced degree in technology, economics, or strategic foresight
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impact
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFSD) preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
