- Produce strategic whitepapers and thought leadership for industry conferences
- Manage a portfolio of experimental projects with $2M+ annual budgets
- Mentor junior futurists and cross-functional innovation teams
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term technological adoption and ROI
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic innovation or futurism roles at Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology adoption curve analysis
- Published research on AI ethics or sustainable tech preferred
- Experience with patent development and intellectual strategy
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis software
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Assessment
