Responsibilities

- Produce actionable foresight reports for executive decision-making and investor relations
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions in our innovation lab
- Represent the company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight ecosystem
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, horizon scanning, and scenario modeling
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech: generative AI, Web3, AR/VR, and climate tech
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into business strategy
- Published thought leadership in futurism or tech journals
- Experience with foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
