Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 3-year strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption (AI, quantum, neurotech)
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for disruptive market shifts through 2026
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Advose C-suite on geopolitical and ethical implications of emerging tech
- Build and lead a global futurist network of industry thought leaders
- Translate complex technological trends into actionable business strategies
- Drive innovation sprints to prototype solutions for 2026-era challenges
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of shaping multi-year tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing applications, or neurotech
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex socio-technological ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in futurist or tech innovation spaces
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Certification in Futures Studies (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
