Responsibilities
- Analyze macro-trends (2024-2026) in AI, biotech, and climate tech to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop scenario-planning models for 2026 market landscapes and competitive threats
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state roadmaps
- Produce forward-looking reports and whitepapers for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions aligned with future demands
- Monitor global policy shifts and ethical frameworks affecting 2026 tech adoption
- Establish KPIs to track progress toward 2026 strategic milestones
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
