- Produce high-impact trend briefings for board-level decision-making
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions
- Represent company at Davos-style global foresight forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning and exponential technology assessment
- Proficiency in AI trend modeling tools and data visualization platforms
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or sustainability
- Experience with C-suite stakeholder management across Fortune 500
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., Shell, SoL)
