Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps using scenario planning and horizon scanning
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AI ethics, climate tech) for competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align departments on future-state strategies
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and stakeholder briefings
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Advise executive team on future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Manage the annual 2026 Innovation Challenge program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with futurist focus
- Expertise in horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging tech ecosystems (quantum, AGI, biotech)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business outcomes
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS)
