Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic vision for 2026+ product ecosystems using scenario planning and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and research teams
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence for emerging tech domains
- Design scalable frameworks for ethical AI implementation and human-machine symbiosis
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and manage a network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026 technology trends
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning, product innovation, or futures research
- Proven track record of launching market-defining tech products
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Experience with agile methodologies and lean innovation frameworks
- Published thought leadership in tech or business publications
- PhD or Master's degree in relevant field (Technology, Business, or Futures Studies)
