As a pivotal member of our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to develop actionable roadmaps that leverage breakthrough technologies. Your insights will shape product roadmaps, investment strategies, and market positioning across AI, biotech, and quantum computing domains.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts beyond 2026
- Develop strategic frameworks for long-term product roadmaps and market entry strategies
- Produce visionary whitepapers and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with engineering, design, and commercial teams
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Present strategic insights to investors and board members through compelling narratives
- Monitor regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Deep expertise in AI, biotechnology, or quantum computing trends
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTE, APF)
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning tools
- Portfolio demonstrating published research or thought leadership
