Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology foresight framework using predictive analytics and trend synthesis
- Orchestrate cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, engineering, and product teams
- Produce strategic whitepapers and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with emerging tech incubators and academic research institutions
- Lead quarterly future-readiness audits across organizational capabilities
- Design and facilitate immersive foresight workshops for leadership teams
- Monitor and analyze global disruption vectors (geopolitical, technological, market)
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in predictive modeling tools (e.g., Palantir, Tableau, custom ML frameworks)
- Deep understanding of converging technologies: AI, quantum, biotech, and climate tech
- Exceptional executive communication with ability to articulate complex futures simply
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field
