Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state vision
- Produce strategic whitepapers and executive briefings on 2026+ market opportunities
- Identify disruptive threats and innovation gaps in competitive landscapes
- Partner with R&D teams to prioritize future technology investments
- Represent company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurism role
- Proven track record of developing trend-based roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight publications
- Experience with emerging tech ecosystems (Web3, AGI, climate tech)
