Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging technologies, socioeconomic shifts, and geopolitical trends impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop strategic roadmaps for AI integration, quantum computing adoption, and sustainable innovation
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' prototyping next-gen products and services
- Present foresight insights to C-suite and board members using data-driven scenario modeling
- Build partnerships with research institutions (MIT, Stanford, ETH Zurich) for collaborative innovation
- Mentor junior futurists and champion a culture of continuous learning and experimentation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech strategy
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready business models
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum applications, biotech convergence, or climate-tech
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into actionable strategies
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or successful innovation launches
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from the Association of Professional Futurists)
