- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget across 15+ projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology leadership roles
- Proven track record in scaling breakthrough technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies and scenario planning
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Innovation
- Deep understanding of 2025-2027 technology convergence trends
- Executive presence with exceptional stakeholder communication skills
