Responsibilities
- Develop and operationalize the 2026 technology roadmap with quantum computing, AI, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for climate resilience and human augmentation
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interface technologies
- Present visionary briefings to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with quarterly ROI assessments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record developing 5+ year technology roadmaps with measurable impact
- Expertise in quantum computing, synthetic biology, or distributed ledger systems
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology ethics (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
- Executive experience scaling innovation labs or corporate ventures
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or relevant field
