Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic indicators, technological trajectories, and behavioral patterns to forecast 2026 market conditions
- Develop scenario-planning models for disruptive forces (AI, climate resilience, biotech convergence)
- Lead foresight workshops with C-suite executives to align organizational strategy with future realities
- Create predictive frameworks using proprietary data tools and machine learning algorithms
- Produce strategic whitepapers and trend briefs for Fortune 500 client portfolio
- Identify emerging risks and opportunities in supply chain, workforce evolution, and regulatory landscapes
- Collaborate with R&D teams to validate future-state assumptions through rapid prototyping
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Economics, Data Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or corporate innovation roles
- Expertise in predictive analytics tools (Python, R, Tableau) and scenario modeling methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI development)
- Proven track record translating future trends into executable business strategies
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., WFS, APF) or advanced data analytics
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to distill complex concepts for executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-state analyses or trend forecasting projects
