Responsibilities

- Produce executive-ready scenario analyses and innovation roadmaps for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional workshops with engineers, designers, and product managers to align on future-proof strategies
- Establish proprietary research frameworks using AI-powered trend analysis, patent mining, and geopolitical risk assessment
- Present findings to investors, partners, and industry conferences to position Horizon Dynamics as a thought leader
- Maintain competitive intelligence dashboard tracking 200+ emerging technologies and market indicators
- Collaborate with venture capital arm to evaluate and incubate next-generation startups
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, technology scouting, or innovation consulting at Fortune 500 or VC-backed firms
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and horizon scanning frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis platforms
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI trajectories)
