Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology research
- Proven track record in trend analysis and scenario development
- Expertise in quantitative forecasting methodologies and data modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/SCF) required
- Portfolio demonstrating future-vision projects or published foresight work
