Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and organizational vision for 2026
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, advanced AI)
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning to identify disruptive opportunities and risks
- Drive innovation governance frameworks ensuring ethical, sustainable, and inclusive tech development
- Represent the company at global tech summits, publishing thought leadership on future trends
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Mentor next-generation innovators through our Future Tech Fellowship program
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership, with proven impact on future-facing initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum, AGI, neurotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to map complex interdependencies across industries
- Published thought leadership or patents in future technology or strategic foresight
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous technological transitions
- Advanced degree in relevant field (PhD/MSc preferred) or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- Portfolio of implemented innovations with measurable societal or economic impact
