Responsibilities

- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for technology integration across 15+ business units
- Lead cross-functional sprints to prototype future-state solutions
- Present disruption forecasts to board of directors and investors
- Partner with MIT and Stanford on joint research initiatives
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption ROI
- Manage $5M innovation budget for pilot programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale companies
- Proven expertise in forecasting tech disruption cycles (e.g., Gartner Hype Curve analysis)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech ethics (IEEE, ACM, or Nature portfolio)
- Experience scaling AI/quantum solutions across global enterprises
- Certification in Sustainable Technology Management (STM) or equivalent
