Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neural interfaces, and sustainable AI systems
- Lead cross-functional labs to prototype breakthrough solutions for climate resilience and human augmentation
- Partner with global research institutions to identify emerging paradigms in synthetic biology and distributed networks
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neuro-technological integration
- Drive commercialization of patented 2026-patent-pending technologies through strategic partnerships
- Mentor innovation teams in rapid prototyping and agile foresight methodologies
- Present technological visions to C-suite and board stakeholders with compelling data narratives
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning with proven impact on 5+ future-facing initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, synthetic biology, or neuro-technology
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience securing $50M+ in R&D funding for experimental projects
- Certification in futures studies (e.g., CFS) or equivalent strategic foresight training
- Portfolio demonstrating successful commercialization of emerging technologies
- PhD or equivalent in computational physics, bioengineering, or cognitive science
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for international collaboration
