Qualifications

- Proven track record shipping production-level AI/quantum systems (include case studies)
- Expertise in federated learning, neuromorphic computing, and carbon-neutral tech stacks
- Experience securing DoD/NASA-level innovation grants and partnerships
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on future technologies
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
