Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-era technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and biotech interfaces
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen systems
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making algorithms
- Secure $50M+ in R&D funding through strategic partnerships with NASA, DARPA, and academic institutions
- Present breakthrough innovations at global tech summits (Web Summit, CES)
- Mentor 15+ engineers in emerging technologies and future-proof development practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years in R&D leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum computing or AI ethics
- Proven track record of scaling tech teams from 5 to 50+ members
- Expertise in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit)
- Experience with DARPA/NASA technology commercialization programs
- Patents in at least one emerging technology domain
- Fluency in ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
