Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years in tech leadership with proven 2020s innovation track record
- Expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, or carbon capture systems
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Experience scaling teams from prototype to production
- Certified in Agile/Scrum and Technology Foresight methodologies
- Portfolio of 3+ industry-disrupting projects launched since 2020
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
