Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives to prototype breakthrough solutions

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record launching 3+ disruptive technologies to market
- Expertise in emerging tech: AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, or quantum computing
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking capabilities
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in technology strategy (e.g., CTS, TOGAF) or equivalent
