Responsibilities
- Define and execute the architectural vision for our core platforms leading up to and beyond 2026.
- Lead the design and implementation of high-scale, distributed systems using cloud-native technologies.
- Conduct deep-dive technical assessments to identify risks and opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, DevOps, Security) to align technical strategy with business goals.
- Mentor senior engineers and guide the technical direction of junior staff.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, Edge Computing, and Quantum Readiness.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software architecture and system design.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of microservices architecture and event-driven systems.
- Experience integrating AI/ML components into production workflows.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of leading teams through large-scale technical transformations.
