Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and implement high-availability, distributed systems capable of handling millions of concurrent spatial computing interactions.
- AI Integration Strategy: Lead the integration of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) into core product workflows to enhance user autonomy.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies (Web3, Quantum Readiness, AR/VR) to inform our 2026 product roadmap.
- Code Governance: Establish and enforce best practices for security, performance, and maintainability across all engineering teams.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and data scientists to translate futuristic concepts into technical blueprints.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural or lead role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with deep experience in cloud-native environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- AI Fluency: Demonstrated experience working with AI/ML frameworks and understanding of vector databases and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems and make high-stakes technical decisions under pressure.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; able to translate technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
