Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance AI models for next-gen applications and infrastructure.
- Lead R&D initiatives focused on emerging technologies such as Neuromorphic Computing, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Edge AI.
- Establish technical standards, best practices, and architectural governance for the AI engineering department.
- Mentor senior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Security) to translate complex research into market-ready products.
- Monitor global tech trends to ensure our technology roadmap remains ahead of the curve.
- Drive the adoption of ethical AI principles and responsible machine learning practices.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architecture or lead technical role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact technical projects from conception to successful deployment.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically about long-term technology roadmaps and innovation.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
